Spotlight product deep dive: Four AI agents that help teams scale
4:54

Meet the Breeze Customer, Knowledge Base, Prospecting, and Content Agents that are driving real impact for GTM teams

Most AI agents have the same problem as disconnected apps. They operate in silos and don’t share data, and it means businesses aren’t getting the value they want—and need.

HubSpot’s Breeze Agents take a different approach. They’re embedded directly into HubSpot, and are powered by unified data and customer context thanks to the Breeze Context Layer: a combination of powerful third-party and bespoke knowledge models, rich structured data, unlocked unstructured data (like emails, calls, and support tickets), and enriched external data from Breeze Intelligence.

Why does that matter? It means Breeze Agents actually deliver what go-to-market teams want: more leads, faster sales cycles, and satisfied customers.

“We’ve built Breeze, including our agents, so that businesses actually get value,” said Nicholas Holland, Head of AI at HubSpot. “First, they’re powered by unified data that combines structured and unstructured insights. Second, they have all the context from the entire customer journey, unlike siloed AI agents that only see a part of your business. Finally, they’re built to work with humans, to extend the power of teams, and help them stay lean while playing big.”

Today, we’re launching the new Breeze Knowledge Base Agent, and improvements to the Breeze Customer Agent, Breeze Prospecting Agent, and Breeze Content Agent.

The new Breeze Knowledge Base Agent helps businesses instantly enhance and expand their Knowledge Base using existing tickets and conversations. The agent:

  • Works with the Customer Agent to identify and fill knowledge gaps
  • Extracts answers from unstructured data (like support tickets, calls, and emails)
  • Drafts Knowledge Base articles based on how reps answer questions
  • Provides drafts for human review and publishing
  • Enables more customers to find answers through self-service

Breeze Customer Agent is your 24/7 support team

Breeze Customer Agent serves as an extension of your support team, helping HubSpot customers resolve over 50% of support tickets and spend nearly 40% less time closing tickets*. The enhanced agent now:

  • Identifies knowledge gaps that Knowledge Base Agent can address
  • Takes action with personalized answers (like order status and password resets)
  • Learns from unstructured data including PDFs, Knowledge Base articles, and up to 1,000 pages of your website to unlock faster training
  • Works across new channels: WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and email

“Customer Agent empowers us to serve our diverse audiences—members, donors, course operators, and more—by delivering fast, relevant, and personalized responses,” said John Mothershead, Director of Member Success at Youth on Course. “Before Customer Agent, our team struggled to keep up with demand. Now, even though our rapid growth has resulted in a 75% increase in support tickets, we’ve actually improved response time by 16% and boosted customer satisfaction by 7%. A once slow, manual process is now streamlined and efficient, freeing our team to focus on scalability and preventing issues rather than just keeping up.”
