Sales Workspace is a rep’s all-in-one home on HubSpot to research prospects, prioritize leads, and close deals. It includes Predictive Deal Score to identify which deals deserve attention; Guided Actions to recommend best next steps for reps; Deal Insights for easy clarity on deal context; and AI Meeting Assistant for easy preparation and follow-up. Plus, a new Target Accounts experience for better account-based selling.

It now includes features like alerts for real-time updates when customer health scores change; multi-team support for large and scaling success teams; and new reporting to give leaders an overview of their team's performance and customer health.

Help Desk Workspace gives support reps all the information they need to understand and triage customer challenges in one place. New features include Operating Hours to set team availability; a new API to add any messaging app to your help desk; Team Spaces for dynamic ticket sorting and fast collaboration ; improved performance analytics; and Ticket Splitting to break down complex customer requests into manageable components for different teams.
